Upgrades to Google SketchUp Pro 6 are free for anyone who owns a SketchUp Pro license purchased from Google (or @Last Software, Inc.). It does not matter what version you own - the "Upgrade Wizard" will work the same for all versions of SketchUp Pro. (If you have upgraded your license in the past be sure to use the most current version you own.)

We currently offer upgrades to SketchUp Pro 6 for Windows 2000, XP and Vista or Mac OS X (10.4 min). SketchUp Pro 6 will not work on Windows 95, 98, ME, and Vista -- do NOT install SketchUp Pro 6 on these operating systems. To upgrade your licenses to Google SketchUp Pro 6, or to determine the eligibility of your licenses, please enter or copy-and-paste the requested information below and then click the "Next" button.

You will need your current license information to upgrade. To view instructions on how to locate your current license information for:

• Windows 2000, XP, and Vista (not 95, 98, ME), please click here
• OS X (10.4 - Tiger - or higher required), please click here

If you have more than one license, you must add each license to the cart as a separate item. This means that for each license, you must go back to the Upgrade link (under PURCHASE on the main navigation menu) and repeat this "Upgrade Wizard" to add the license.

You will have a chance to review your upgrade information before any upgrade is actually processed.

Once you have added all of your licenses, please continue through the entire "Upgrade Wizard" to complete the process. Along the way, you will have to choose "Add to Cart" and "Check Out". Don't worry, it's still free!

You will also be asked to either "Log-in to account", "Create an account", or "Don't create an account". If you have forgotten your log-in information, or would not like to create an account, simply choose "Don't create an account."

What happens when I am done:

• Once you have completed the order process, you will receive an email from us with your new license information within 1 hour. This email will also include a link to download Google SketchUp Pro 6, and a link to the Help Center article for authorization instructions.
• If you do not receive your license information, check your spam filter or junk mail folder. If you still do not recieve the license email, please click on the following link for instructions on how to retrieve your license: instructions.
