The client had one over-arching goal to reclaim their property and create outdoor usable space.
We visited several design ideas with them over some time and eventually settled on the design you see here to be implemented over a number of separate projects.
With Sketchup we were able to bring the client to our studio and from our studio take them into their project. We went through what-if scenarios using features like layers, changing construction materials, changing colors, and even walking them through the planned project virtually.
It was an enjoyable process for everyone involved.
